Provost calls on Inverness to support Caley Thistle in cup final bid

Provost of Inverness and Area Councillor Glynis Campbell Sinclair has wished Inverness Caledonian Thistle Football Club the best of luck for Saturday’s Scottish Cup Final against Celtic.

She said: “We are all extremely proud that our local team, Inverness Caledonian Thistle have reached the Scottish Cup Final for a second time.  It is a great achievement. 

“The team deserve our full support going into Saturday’s final, and I and many others, will be cheering them on.

“To show our backing we will be flying the Caley Thistle Flag from Inverness Town House at the weekend and lighting up Ness Bridge in the club colours.

“Let’s all get behind the team, and give them as much support as we can.”
