Glen Nevis closed at Youth Hostel

Glen Nevis Road remains closed due to fallen and unstable trees.

The Highland Council advises that the Glen Nevis road, near Fort William in Lochaber is closed at the Youth Hostel due to fallen and falling trees.
Highland Council operatives are on site working to clear the trees.
The Council advises anyone parked in the Glen to return to their vehicles and exit the Glen as soon as possible.
An overnight closure will remain in place and will be re-assessed as soon as possible tomorrow when conditions allow.
