Senior Executive leaves Highland Council

Mark Rodgers, Highland Council’s Executive Chief Officer - Property and Housing has been appointed to Head of Housing and Property with East Renfrewshire Council and will take up his new position on 3 June. 

Mark has been employed in Highland since February 2020.

Chair of Housing and Property Committee, Cllr Glynis Campbell Sinclair said:

“On behalf of the Council I thank Mark for his excellent service during this time, where he oversaw some particular challenges in relation to housing and property and for his contribution to the COVID-19 response.

“We wish him every success in his new role with East Renfrewshire Council.” 

Mark will leave his post with The Highland Council at the end of May.
