Temporary road restrictions in place for Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival
The Highland Council is advising all road users that temporary traffic restrictions will be in place from Thursday 17 July until Friday 8 August 2025 to reduce the disruption to traffic likely to be caused by the Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival which takes from 31 July - 2 August 2025.
Temporary 30mph Speed Limit
A833 Milton - Phoineas Road from its junction with the A862 to its junction with the U2771 Wester Phoineas Road, Kiltarlity from 12:00 on Wednesday 30 July 2025 to 14:00 on Sunday 3 August 2025
A833 Milton - Phoineas Road from a point 250 metres north of the junction with The C1108 Kiltarlity - Eskadale - Kerrow Road to a point 250 metres south of its junction with the U1580 Tomnacross Road, Kiltarlity from 12:00 on Thursday 17 July 2025 to 12:00 on Wednesday 30 July 2025.
A833 Milton - Phoineas Road from a point 250 metres north of the junction with The C1108 Kiltarlity - Eskadale - Kerrow Road to a point 250 metres south of its junction with the Ul 580 Tomnacross Road, Kiltarlity from 14:00 on Sunday 3 August 2025 to 15:00 on Friday 8 August 2025.
A862 Ardullie - Dingwall - Beauty - Inverness Road from a point 500 metres east of its junction with the A833 Milton - Phoineas Road, to a point 500 metres west of the junction 12:00 on Wednesday 30 July 2025 to 14:00 on Sunday 3 August 2025.

A833 Milton - Phoineas Road from its junction with the U2771 Wester Phoineas Road, Kiltarlity, to a point 250 metres south of its junction with the Ul580 Tomnacross Road, Kiltarlity from 12:00 on Wednesday 30 July 2025 to 14:00 on Sunday 3 August 2025.
Temporary Prohibition on use of a road (any vehicle)
U2346 Bog Road, Kiltarlity between its junction with the C1072 Abriachan - Foxhole Road and its junction with the C1102 Moniack Bridge - Easter Clunes - Foxhole Road.
Temporary manoeuvre prohibition (campervan, caravan, or trailer)
U2108 Belladrum Road, Kiltarlity (southernmost junction (Megstone)). Right tum into the A833 Milton - Phoineas Road.
Temporary one-way restriction
Traffic will be permitted to drive in the following direction at the times indicated on the section of road below:
U2108 Belladrum Road, Kiltarlity, from its northernmost junction with the A833 (at Gate Lodge) to its southernmost junction with the A833 (at Meg's Stone) (North to South) from 05:00 on Thursday 31 July 2025 to 23:59 on Sunday 3 August 2025.
Emergency services' vehicles, being used in an emergency for Ambulance, Coastguard, Fire Brigade or Police purposes are exempt from the traffic restrictions.
