Highland Registrars invite suppliers to 2026 Wedding Fair

Suppliers working in the wedding market are being invited by Highland Registrars to the third annual Wedding Fair.

The Highland Wedding Fair will take place on Sunday 15 February 2026 with public access from 11.00am - 3.00pm (suppliers will have access from 9.00am).

Supplier tables are £50.00 with complimentary refreshments provided throughout the day.  Free on-site parking is also available.

Highland Council’s Chief Registrar, Lesley Gray says:  “We are now into our third year of hosting this event and are delighted to once again offer suppliers a table at the Wedding Fair being held at the Highland Archive and Registration Centre in Inverness.”

She continued:  “We are already taking repeat bookings from a wide range of suppliers to the 2026 Wedding Fair to kick start another busy year of weddings in the Highlands!  Tables are booking up quickly, so I would encourage any interested suppliers to contact the Registration Service as soon as possible to secure their place and join us on the day.”

Tables on the ground floor space within the bespoke Highland Archive and Registration Centre can be booked by suppliers within the two large ceremony suites, and main foyer area.

Facilities for attending suppliers will include excellent free parking and ease of access for loading and unloading; level access throughout with free guest WiFi; and some stall spaces with power points.

Access for the public to the Wedding Fair on Sunday 15 February 2026 will be free.
