Closure of Nairn Swimming Pool

The Highland Council has regrettably had to close Nairn Swimming pool as a large number of tiles have fallen off the wall. 

The time taken to carry out the necessary repair work is still being assessed but because of the extent of the damage, the current estimate is that it should be possible to reopen the pool during the week commencing 04 May 2009.
 
Although the April direct debit payments for High Life cardholders have been processed, customers who pay by monthly direct debit will be credited and no payment will be deducted for the month of May. Customers who pay their High Life card annually will get an extra month added on to their membership.

The gym is not affected and will remain open 7 days a week as usual.  Opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 9pm and from 9am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.
