Reminder for residents

Easter Ross residents only have a few days to respond to a survey looking at bus service provision.

People living in the Seaboard Villages of Hilton, Balintore and Shandwick have until Saturday (31 Oct) to complete and return a survey being conducted in the October Seaboard News, to measure interest and gauge if an early morning service to Inverness from Monday to Saturday would be sustainable.

The survey is being done by a focus group of bus service users and Community Council representatives in the Tain and Easter Ross Ward who are working together with Stagecoach and Council officials on suggestions to improve the bus service in the area.

The short survey should be returned to Carol Elliot, Highland Council Ward Manager at the Tain Service Point, 24 High Street, Tain or to the Seaboard Memorial Hall, Balintore.
