Constructing European Partnerships
A skilled German delegation of construction companies is visiting Inverness on Monday 18th September 2006 to meet with Highland companies involved in the construction sector who are interested in partnering and sub-contracting opportunities. The Euro Info Centre (EIC) in Inverness is organising this initiative which aims to help support local companies in fulfilling contracts.
The delegation will comprise of approximately 15 companies with a wide range of construction sector skills and services including: roofing, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, preservation of historic buildings, casting, concrete works, aluminium parts as well as general construction and civil engineering skills.
A day of “Business to Business” meetings will be held in Inverness on Monday 18th September 2006. Local companies will be able to request individual meetings with relevant members of the delegation. This event is completely free of charge and lunch will be provided.
