Louise Jones, Health Promoting Schools Manager, The Highland Council and NHS Highland praised the winning entries. She said: “This is a really exiting prize for Eva and Christina, all the entries were very creative and clever and we hope to use the winning entries to inspire other people in Highland to think about their health and wellbeing.”

Fiona Clarke, Senior Health Promotion Specialist, NHS Highland also commended the winning entries. Fiona said: “Small changes make a big difference. You might have thought about eating more fruit and vegetables, walking a bit more, getting out enjoying the fresh air and sleeping better.
