Huntly Street, Inverness, reopens to traffic.

Huntly Street, Inverness which has been closed to traffic between Young Street and Greig Street to allow the diversion of utility services associated with the River Ness Flood Scheme, will reopen tomorrow (Saturday) afternoon.

Coffey Construction have made better progress than anticipated which has allowed the road to reopen fully to traffic.

There will be no further work taking place on Huntly Street until 7 January, next year, when the focus of work switches to between Greig Street and Celt Street.

Meanwhile, work will continue on utility diversion work on Douglas Row until the end of play of Wednesday 19 December.  

No work will be carried out on the project between 20 December and 7 January, next year.
