Do more online with The Highland Council

The Highland Council is making it easier for people to access council services and make payments by providing more of its business on the Internet.

People wanting to book a bulky uplift for large or heavy items of domestic waste that cannot fit into their normal bins can now book and pay for a bulky uplift online at http://www.highland.gov.uk.

Residents who live in Inverness who require on-street parking permits can also order these at their own convenience online at http://www.highland.gov.uk.

As part of the Council’s Corporate Improvement Programme, the Council has  developed a range of online forms for Complaints, Comments / compliments, Council Bills / fixed penalties, and Freedom of Information. These and more online forms which are being developed are available at:  http://www.highland.gov.uk/online.htm
