Motorists advised of temporary road closure for Inverness Campus works.

On Monday 25 February 2013 temporary traffic restrictions will be introduced on Caulfield Road North, Inverness.

Part of Caulfield Road North will be closed to vehicular traffic between its junction with Culloden Road (B9006) at the traffic lights next to the Vets and its junction with the private access leading to Beechwood Cottages (now demolished).

This restriction is required to allow road widening works to take place on Culloden Road, as part of the Inverness Campus project, and this phase of the work is expected to last until Monday 6 May 2013.

The restrictions come into operation at 7am on Monday 25 February 2013 and shall remain in force until 7am on Monday 6 May 2013, or at least until the works are complete, whichever comes first.

Diversion routes for vehicles will be signposted. Access will be maintained for emergency vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians at the discretion, and by the instruction, of the Engineer or Contractor for the Works.
