Steam railway engine shed, historic canals locks and an unusual church to open their doors to the public this Saturday

The final events of the 2013 Highland Doors Open Days programme get underway this Saturday (28th September) in Lochaber and Badenoch & Strathspey with three unusual venues – all taking part in Doors Open Days for the first time – putting on free visits and activities for the public.

Doors Open Days take place throughout Scotland and is part of European Heritage Days, and is co-ordinated in the Highlands by The Highland Council’s Planning and Development Service.
