Play parks feature on District partnership agenda for the New Year

The Lochaber District Partnership will meet for the first time this year on Wednesday 29th January, this being the first of four partnership meetings to be held in 2014.

The meeting will feature discussion on the Play Park support project which has been actively supporting communities on the development of new and redevelopment of existing outdoor play spaces across the Lochaber District for the past two years.    Other items on the agenda include information on a new digital resource for Children and Family services, the ‘Dallas’ living it up project which aims to deliver sustainable and innovative improvements and choices in health, care and well-being and an update on the work of the Scottish Ambulance Service in the District.

The meeting starts at 1.30pm in the Council Chambers, Fort William.

The general public are welcome to observe the meeting and will be invited to comment on the items discussed at the end of the agenda.
