It’s Time to Rock as the 2015 Be Your Best Rock Challenge® Scottish Final heads to The Caird Hall in Dundee!
Since the Rock Challenge® heats in Inverness last month, two local schools from Ross and Cromarty have spent the last few weeks finalising their performances and will this week travel around 150 miles to The Caird Hall to compete in the prestigious Scottish Final.
The Scottish final will begin early in the morning giving the students from Alness Academy and Dingwall Academy an entire day to have fun, watch and support the other schools from across Aberdeenshire and Angus before competing for the title of 2015 Rock Challenge® Scottish Champions.

The Blue Men of the Minch
The Blue Men of the Minch, said to be descended from slaves, have the power to
summon up storms and sink ships, saving any slaves on-board. Years ago the legendary
Blue Man, Lewis, was cruelly separated from his lover Skye by the evil slave traders.
One day he hears news that could change everything. Will they be reunited?

Dreams Of The Big Top
Our performance was inspired by the story of Hetty Feather by Jacqueline Wilson.
Hetty has to leave the children's home aged 14. She was always intrigued by the
circus, and so our version explores the idea of Hetty being able to follow her dreams
and find her own path, though it may be bumpy at times. Everyone's good at something.
