Chance to Quiz Lochaber Councillors

People living in Lochaber will have the chance to put their local Councillors under the spot- light during a public question and answer session in the Council Chamber, Fort William on Monday 11 December at 7.00pm.

Anyone wishing to ask a question should submit it in writing by Friday 8 December. 

Area Manager John Hutchison is encouraging people to get involved.  He said:  “This is the perfect chance for anyone to raise any concerns or issues they have with the appropriate councillors or officers.  We would like as many people as possible to take part.  All we need is for written questions to be sent for my attention in advance so we can make sure the relevant Services are represented at the public session.

He also went on to remind residents that all meetings of the Lochaber Area Committee are open to the public and the next meeting will also take place on 11 December at 10am.  Agendas and minutes for all Highland Council meetings can be found on the Council’s website – www.www.highland.gov.uk
