Sources of help
Landlord Accreditation Scotland is a scheme run by landlords that offers help and support to landlords. It also gives tenants reassurance that they can expect high management standards.
Landlords need to meet set standards to join. Meeting these standards helps to make sure that:
- Landlords, tenants and communities enjoy the benefit of good living conditions
- Considerate neighbourly behaviour is encouraged
- Misunderstandings and disputes are reduced and problems promptly resolved
