We are asking customers to only submit essential applications or paperwork which should be done either using the on-line facility on the relevant pages of the Council’s website or by scanning application forms, documents etc. and e-mailing them to licensing@highland.gov.uk

New rules on Occasional Licences and Public Entertainment Licences with effect from 1 November 2016.
