Single Outcome Agreement (SOA)
The current SOA covers the period 2013 - 2014 to 2018 - 2019 and outlines how the Highland Community Planning Partnership will deliver the Scottish Government's 6 national priorities, drawn from their 16 national outcomes, and one further Highland priority relating to the environment. The delivery of the SOA is supported by a development plan that sets out how the CPP will strengthen the governance, accountability and operating arrangements for community planning.
The council programme
"Local Choices, Highland Voices" is our programme for 2017 to 2022. It sets out a number of goals based on five themes: a place to live, a place to learn, a place to thrive, a welcoming place, and a redesigned council.
The previous programme for 2015 to 2017 can be found here: Highland First
Measuring how we deliver the programme
Our corporate plan details how we measure the actions of our programme.
Council departments have their own service plans which feed into the corporate plan
