Our Communications and Resilience Office is responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a Corporate Communications Strategy
- Informing the public and partners of our work through the media, publications, website and social media
- Media relations and responding to media enquiries
- Internal communications
- Providing communications advice to staff and councillors
- Reputation management and advising on the corporate identity
- Providing a graphic design service
- Providing a media monitoring service for officers
- Corporate events and campaigns
- Planning and preparing for emergencies
- Participating in multi-agency response to emergencies
