  • Developing and implementing a Corporate Communications Strategy
  • Informing the public and partners of our work through the media, publications, website and social media
  • Media relations and responding to media enquiries
  • Internal communications
  • Providing communications advice to staff and councillors
  • Reputation management and advising on the corporate identity
  • Providing a graphic design service 
  • Providing a media monitoring service for officers
  • Corporate events and campaigns
  • Planning and preparing for emergencies
  • Participating in multi-agency response to emergencies
