Purpose-built holiday homes
If you own a holiday home that was specifically built for that purpose, you may be able to get a 50% discount on your Council Tax.
To qualify for the 50% discount, the holiday home must meet one of the following conditions:
- it has a licence or planning permission that says it cannot be lived in all year round
- it is built in a way that make it unsuitable to live in all year
