There is circulated Letter dated 4 June 2007 Item 3 from the Scottish Executive Inquiry Reporters Unit dismissing the appeal against refusal of planning permission for the erection of a dwellinghouse with integral garage, installation of septic tank and soakaway, and formation of vehicular access at Longberry, Old Wick, Wick. There is circulated Report No. PLC-4-07 by the Area Solicitor setting out draft schedule of meetings for the remainder of 2007.  It is recommended that Members approve a schedule of meetings for the current year and agree that it be delegated to officers to arrange appropriate venues.
