Cairngorms National Park Authority Board Elections 2019 - results Wards 1, 2, 4 and 5.

The declaration of results for each ward will be published at this link on Friday, 22 March 2019.

Four community representatives have been elected to serve on the board of Cairngorms National Park Authority for the next four years.

Eleanor Mackintosh, Tombreckachie Farm, Glenlivet, Ballindalloch AB37 9BX was returned unopposed to serve in Moray (Ward 4).

Following elections by postal vote, counted at Aviemore (Wards 1, 2) and Ballater (Ward 5) tonight (21 March 2019) the following candidates were chosen to serve on the remaining four areas:

• Ward 1: Deirdre Falconer, Greenwood, Drumguish, Kingussie, PH21 1NY
• Ward 2: Willie McKenna, 3 Dellmhor, Rothiemurchus, Aviemore, PH22 1QW
• Ward 5: Geva Blackett, Balnellan, 4 Glenshee Road, Braemar, AB35 5YQ

Replacement Lilac Ballot Papers were issued for Ward 3 and must be completed and returned in the pre-paid envelope by 4pm on Thursday 28 March 2019 and the counting of the votes for this ward will take place on Thursday 28 March at 5pm at the Aviemore Community Centre.
