Cairngorms National Park Authority Election
Elections are held every four years to elect 5 community representatives to serve on the board of the Cairngorms National Park Authority. One community member will be elected for each of the 5 wards within the national park area.
Election of Board Members – 2019
Five community representatives are being elected to serve on the board of Cairngorms National Park Authority until 2023.
Eleanor Christina Mackintosh was returned unopposed to serve in Ward 4.
Following elections by postal vote, the votes were counted at Aviemore for Wards 1 and 2 and Ballater for Ward 5 on Thursday, 21 March 2019 and the following candidates have been declared to serve on the following three wards:

Replacement Lilac Ballot Papers have been issued for Ward 3 and so the deadline for submission of ballot papers in the pre-paid envelope provided is 4pm on Thursday, 28 March 2018. The count for ward 3 will be held thereafter in Aviemore at 5pm.

Please do not destroy your spoilt ballot paper as it will have to be returned either by post or hand for a replacement to be issued.
