Cairngorms National Park Authority elections: Get the app to decide who gets your vote

The race is on to be elected to the board of the Cairngorms National Park Authority (CNPA) with all the candidates having been announced and postal ballot papers dropping through letter boxes this week.


There are contests taking place in four out of the five wards in the Park, with Eleanor MacKintosh returning to represent Ward Four unopposed.

The CNPA board is made up of seven members appointed by the five local authorities covering the Park area, seven directly appointed by Scottish Government Ministers and five are directly elected by the eligible voters within the Park. There is more information on the Park Authority website:
