The Highland Council Countryside Rangers continue with their summer holidays programme next week looking at beasties that live in the water. Why not come along to learn about fish, water scorpions, whirligigs and other acquatic creatures alongside the Ranger?

‘Pond Dipping at Tain Wildlife Pond’ takes on Tuesday 19th July from 2pm-4pm, and ‘Pond dipping at Lily Lochs by Muir of Ord takes place between 2pm and 4pm on Friday 22nd of July. Both events require booking in advance and cost £3.50 per child (adults go free).
