Inverness Design Review Panel
The Inverness Design Review Panel was set up in January 2015 to provide design advice to development teams preparing planning applications for major or locally significant developments in the city of Inverness.
The panel is made up of representatives from the following organisations, which share an interest in improving the quality of buildings and places in Inverness for the benefit of the public: Inverness Civic Trust, Inverness City Heritage Trust, Inverness College UHI, Inverness Architects' Association, Royal Town Planning Institute, Landscape Institute Scotland, High Life Highland, Police Scotland, and Historic Scotland.
Meetings take place 6 times a year. Our officers aid the design review process by inviting expressions of interest from developers and agents, chairing panel meetings and providing administrative support.
