Mobile mast relief
The Non-Domestic Rates (Telecommunication Installations) (Scotland) Regulations 2016 will provide non-domestic rates relief in the Highland area to Mobile Masts or Towers located in a number of grid references which are detailed on the Scottish Government website.
Relief can be awarded between 1 April 2016 and 31 March 2029
Mobile Mast relief is likely to be considered as subsidy under the rules of the Subsidy Control Act 2002 and you will be asked about any subisdy recevied when you complete the application form.
