Nairn parking permits consultation
The introduction of enforcement activity in Nairn in 2019 means we have to formalise any existing permit schemes.
Below are the 2 Residential zones to be implemented in the town. Residents who are eligible will have to apply for a new permit at a cost of £40 per permit and these will be renewed annually. Concessions are available for the elderly and disabled drivers. Read the terms and conditions
Holders of a permit will be able to park in Permit Bays on any street in their permit zone.
We will be implementing this scheme in late 2022, view drawings of the permit zones.

ZONE NRB
- Douglas Street and Albermale Place
ZONE - NAIRN HARBOUR
There is a 3rd Zone "Nairn Harbour Users" this covers harbour users who pay annual Harbour Dues to the Highland Council and allows Permit Holders to park in the Permit bays on the Harbour Car Park Acess Road. Permits are virtual and your vehicle registration is your permit.
