Early Learning and Childcare (ELC)
Early Learning and Childcare (ELC) helps children learn and develop through play in a safe, nurturing environment. It includes nurseries, playgroups, outdoor settings, and commissioned childminders.
ELC is not compulsory. You can decide whether your child takes part and how many hours they attend.
