Biometric residence permits have been replaced by eVisas. These also replace:
- biometric residence cards
- visa stickers in passports
You will get an eVisa when your visa application is approved.
Right to work and claim benefits
When you arrive in the UK, you will get a stamp in your passport. This shows you have the right to work and claim benefits.
