If your application is shortlisted for a home, we will send you a letter with an offer.
The letter will include:

- how long you have to accept or refuse the offer
Accepting an offer
If you accept the offer:
- your tenancy will start on an agreed date
- rent will be charged from the start of the tenancy
Refusing an offer
If you refuse a reasonable offer:
- we will check your application details with you to make sure it is correct
- we will give you advice about your housing options
If you refuse a second reasonable offer, we will suspend your application for 6 months.
If you are homeless and refuse a reasonable offer:
- we may end our duty to house you
- you may be asked to leave your temporary accommodation
