You will only need to review your existing discount if you have received a letter asking you to do so.
What you will need
You will need the following to complete the form your 9 digit council tax reference given on your letter and details of anyone who:
- currently lives with you
- recently lived with you
- uses your address only for correspondence
Review your existing Single Occupancy Discount
If you no longer live at the address, submit a Change of circumstances instead.
