Kingussie, Bennett Road and Macpherson Place - 20mph speed limit - Road safety team consultations

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Highland Council proposes to make an Order in terms of Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 entitled as above.

If the Order comes into force, the Order will introduce a 20mph speed limit on the following roads in Kingussie over their entire length, unless stated otherwise below:

Bennett Road; Macpherson Place.

All objections to the proposals must be made in writing and must specify the grounds of objection on or before 03 January 2026 to the following:
