Nairnside 40mph speed limit - Road safety team consultations

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Highland Council proposes to make an Order in terms of Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 entitled as above.

If the Order comes into force, the Order will introduce a 40mph speed limit on the following roads in Inverness over their entire length, unless stated otherwise below:

C1051 Raigmore Tower - Nairnside Road; U2424 Upper Myrtlefield Road for a total distance of 3.3km or thereby.

All objections to the proposals must be made in writing and must specify the grounds of objection on or before 31 December 2025 to the following:
