A862 Riverford, Conon Bridge 30mph speed limit - Road safety team consultations

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Highland Council proposes to make an Order in terms of Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 entitled as above.

If the Order comes into force, the Order will introduce a 30mph speed limit on the following roads in Conon Bridge over their entire length, unless stated otherwise below:

Route A862, ARDULLIE – DINGWALL – BEAULY – INVERNESS ROAD

From 28 metres or thereby of the southern gable end of the property currently known as Eildon, extending in a south-westerly direction for a distance of 450 metres or thereby.

All objections to the proposals must be made in writing and must specify the grounds of objection on or before the 21st November 2025 to the following:
