The Highland Council has made an Order in terms of Sections 1(1) and 2(1), (2) and (4) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 entitled as above.
The Order will introduce a 7.5 tonne weight limit on the following road over its entire length, unless stated otherwise below:
C1029 Occumster to Watten Road from a point 4736 metres or thereby in a generally southerly direction from its junction with the A882 extending in a south-west then south-east direction for a distance of 4810 metres or thereby, and, from a point 5393 metres or thereby in a northerly direction from its junction with the A99 extending in a northerly direction for a distance of 1510 metres or thereby.
C1053 Lybster to Achavanich Road from its junction with the A9 (Inverness – Thurso Trunk Road) extending in a south-easterly direction for a distance of 4254 metres or thereby. - Documents
