B0801 Kinlochbervie 30mph Speed Limit - Road safety team consultations

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Highland Council proposes to make an Order in terms of Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 entitled as above. 

If the Order comes into force, the Order will introduce a 30mph speed limit on the following roads in Kinlochbervie, Lairg over their entire length, unless stated otherwise below:

Route B0801 - Rhiconich – Kinlochbervie Road From a point 50m or thereby to the southeast of its junction with the C1133 Kinlochbervie to Sheigra Road and extending in an easterly direction for a distance of 1003m or thereby.

All objections to the proposals must be made in writing and must specify the grounds of objection on or before the 13 March 2026 to the following:
