A833 and Various Roads (Belladrum Area, Kiltarlity) 40mph and 50mph Speed Limits - Road safety team consultations

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Highland Council has made an Order in terms of Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 entitled as above.
The Order will introduce a 40mph speed limit on the following roads over their entire length, unless stated otherwise below:
• A833 From its junction with the A862 extending in a south westerly direction for a distance of 2703m or thereby
• C1108 - Kiltarlity - Eskadale - Kerrow Road From its junction with the A833 extending in a south westerly direction for a distance of 155m or thereby
• C1108 - Kiltarlity - Eskadale - Kerrow Road From its junction with the A833 extending in a north westerly direction for a distance of 28m or thereby

The Order will introduce a 50mph speed limit on the following roads over their entire length, unless stated otherwise below:
• A833 From a point 143m or thereby to the south of its junction with the C1108 and extending in a southerly direction for a distance of 3637m or thereby
• U1580 – Tomnacross Road From its junction with the A833 extending in a westerly direction for a distance of 273m or thereby
