THE HIGHLAND COUNCIL (A832 & VARIOUS ROADS, TORE) (20MPH, 30MPH AND 40MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2025
Description

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Highland Council proposes to make an Order in terms of Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 entitled as above. 

If the Order comes into force, the Order will introduce a 20mph speed limit on the following roads over their entire length, unless stated otherwise below:

  • U2704 – Bogroy Road From its junction with the U2705 extending in a southerly direction for a distance of 416m or thereby
  • U2705 - Tore Road (East & West) From its junction with the A832 extending in an easterly direction for a distance of 306m or thereby

If the Order comes into force, the Order will introduce a 30mph speed limit on the following roads over their entire length, unless stated otherwise below:

  • A832 From its junction with the A9T extending in an easterly direction for a distance of 440m or thereby
  • U2705 - Tore Road (East & West) From its junction with the A832 extending in a westerly direction for a distance of 139m or thereby
  • U2723 - Kilcoy – Artafallie Road From its junction with the A832 extending in a southerly direction for a distance of 67m or thereby

If the Order comes into force, the Order will introduce a 40mph speed limit on the following roads over their entire length, unless stated otherwise below:

  • A832 From its junction with the A9T extending in a south westerly direction for a distance of 503m or thereby
