Revised layout plan to incorporate the following alterations:

• Addition of the Rokeby Log Cabin to form part of the licensed premises.
• Creation of an additional outdoor drinking area.
• Inclusion of an outbuilding comprising of spa/gym facilities for residents only.

Operating plan:

Update Seasonal Variation to include reference to the Rokeby Log Cabin.

Update the premises capacity to include the Rokeby Log Cabin (8 persons).

Revise the description of the premises to reflect the addition of the Rokeby Log Cabin, outbuilding comprising of spa/gym facilities and an additional outdoor drinking area.
