A861 Achaphubuil - 30mph Speed Limit - Road safety team consultations

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Highland Council proposes to make an Order in terms of Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 entitled as above. 

If the Order comes into force, the Order will introduce a 30mph speed limit on the following roads over their entire length, unless stated otherwise below:

A861 - From a point 22m or thereby to the east of the east gable of house no. 4 Achaphubuil and extending in a westerly direction for a distance of 1096m or thereby.

All objections to the proposals must be made in writing and must specify the grounds of objection on or before the 18 June 2026 to the following:
