B8083 Broadford 30mph Speed Limit - Road safety team consultations

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Highland Council proposes to make an Order in terms of Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 entitled as above. 

If the Order comes into force, the Order will introduce a 30mph speed limit on the following road in Broadford over their entire length, unless stated otherwise below:

B8083 Broadford – Torrin - Elgol Road, from its junction with the A87 (Invergarry – Uig Trunk Road) extending in a southerly direction for a distance of 761 metres or thereby.

All objections to the proposals must be made in writing and must specify the grounds of objection on or before 16 July 2026 to the following:
