1. Section 5(f) – any other activities – additional wording as follows:-

Both internal and external areas may be used for market purposes whereby third parties exhibit and sell food, drink and other products;

The external areas may be used for a variety of recreational purposes including displays and demonstrations of all natures, of which pop-up bars and temporary structures may be utilised;

The external areas may be used infrequently for festivals and events, on occasions an event may take place in the evening;
