NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Highland Council proposes to make an Order in terms of Section 68(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 entitled as above.
If the Order comes into force, the U3077 East Millicent Avenue – Fountain Road, Golspie will be stopped up in part as described below subject to the reservation of a means of passage for pedestrians and pedal cyclists:
Commencing at its junction with the C1129 Fountain Road extending in a south westerly direction for a distance of 14 metres or thereby. - Documents
