Glencoe, Glencoe Farmshop, Major Variation of Premises Licence - Liquor licence applications

Operating Plan:

• Change name of premises from Glencoe Farmshop to Glencoe Farmshop and Café;
• Vary the current Operating Plan to permit the consumption of alcohol on the premises (on-sales). The premises licence currently permits off-sales only;
• Add on-sales hours 12:00 hrs – 23:00hrs daily;
• Update Seasonal Variation to take advantage of the Board's Festive Policy;
• Include the following additional activities to take place both within and outwith core hours:
  • restaurant facilities;
  • receptions and club or other group meetings;
  • music;
  • live performances;
  • films; and
  • televised sport.
• Reduce off sales display capacity from 16.4m2 to 11.22m2 ;
• Other Activities at 5(f): update to include product tastings/sampling;
• Apply a Children and Young Persons Policy following introduction of on-sales. 

Layout Plan:

• New layout plan showing refurbishment of retail shop to create new café area, amendments to shop layout, including a reduced alcohol display area.

Description of premises:

Update description of premises to reflect the  refurbishment works undertaken.
