Description

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that THE HIGHLAND COUNCIL (RAASAY) (TEMPORARY 40MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2026 has been made under Section 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 0600hrs on 25 September 2026. While the Order is in force, the restrictions will apply 24 hours a day.
