Approximately 2ha of the land owned by the Council at Blar Mhor is designated for Community Use within the Blar Mhor approved site Masterplan (18/03647/PIP). A recent HIghland Council Committee Report (HC/18/26) updating on the Highland Investment Programme detailed the findings of a site capacity study which considered the potential for locating several adult care uses on this land (such as an in-patient care home, assisted living units and a community care centre).
Further engagement to progress any plans will be required with partners and the community through the Blar Mhor Liaison Group.
