NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Highland Council, in terms of the powers contained in section 36 and 37 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 as amended, The Road Humps (Scotland) Regulations 1998 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf propose to construct a build out on West Banks Avenue, U3662, Wick, as follows:
Located 42 metres or thereby Northwest of the West Banks Avenue, West Banks Terrace Junction, Wick
Two build outs on the SW side of the road, 2m apart, effectively forming one build out 5m long projecting 0.9m into the carriageway and opposite, a third build out 5m long, projecting 2.2m into the carriageway narrowing the carriageway between the two to 5.5m.
